The Wedgewood on Yonge

Where Urban and Oasis Intersect

Close your eyes and picture life on Yonge Street. Dynamic and ever-changing. The fast-paced city network is bustling with energy around the clock. Katsuya and the Sariwon patio erupt with laughter, and a southern trip from Finch station immerses you in Toronto’s core. Yonge is the city’s artery – flowing day and night as a microcosm of culture, transit, and electricity.
Picture a life that is slow, and thoughtful. Where tranquility nurtures astrong sense of community. Where long walks in Newtonbrook Park allow you to recharge at the beginning and end of every day. Where northern escapes along the 400 series call your name. Now, imagine a place that offers the best of both of these worlds.
Where excitement meets efficiency. Where history meets legacy.
Introducing The Wedgewood on Yonge.

The Wedgewood on Yonge Amenities

The Wedgewood On Yonge is set to become Newtonbrook’s newest local landmark. At 132.9 metres high, this L-shaped building will greet its visitors with a north-facing residential lobby. Along the west side of the building, the building will allocate 618 square metres for retail use on the ground floor.
Three residential units located on the ground floor will serve as “townhome-style” units. These one-storey, one-bedroom units will each be installed with their own private entrance leading out to Wedgewood Drive.
The building will have setbacks at floors 6, 8, and 14. This will provide certain units with terraces, while others will be equipped with balconies. At the upper part of the tower, this development will contain just 9 units per floor.
